Beach Volleyball Courts

Canada Games Park also boasts a 200 meter by 200 meter sized sand pit which can be used for beach volleyball.

Located outside of the facility and adjacent to the GFL Environmental Track and Fieldhouse, the sand pit is divisible into six olympic sized beach volleyball courts.

The Canada Games Park sand supplier Hutcheson V Sand prides itself on their sand being manufactured using the latest technology in sand production. Allowing the organization to provide a superior material for the volleyball industry.

The sand is washed and sized allowing them to control the physical properties, particle sizes and shapes. Hutcheson provides sand that will not compact, thus performing under the best and most adverse weather conditions. Additionally, the area features a foot wash station and an outdoor shower for athletes or users to wash off after their activities.

Prime Time is Monday-Friday 5pm-11pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7am-11pm
Non-Prime-Time is Monday- Friday 7am-5pm
Daily rates are available for bookings that are eight (8) hours or more
