Please help make Canada Games Park a safe and fun environment for everyone by abiding by these rules
The venue is a non-smoking, non-vaping property.
No bikes, skateboards, etc inside the venue.
No stick, ball or puck play is permitted outside the rink surface
No running, jogging or warming up in the common areas.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Only service animals are permitted in the facility.
No outside food or beverage permitted on the Haj-Ahmad Family Foundation Track (with the exception of water in a spill-proof container).
No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the Canadian Tire Financial Services Gymnasium (with the exception of water in a spill-proof container).
Staff is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Found items will remain at Triangle Reception desk for 30 days and then will be donated.
By entering the venue, guests consent to being photographed, audio and video recorded which may be used for publication and or reproduction on websites, social media or any other purposes pertaining to the venue.
No one is allowed to enter the ice surface while the ice resurfacer is operating.
The resurfacers entrance must be closed before anyone is allowed to enter the ice
All injuries must be reported to ASM staff.
Defibrilators are located around the facility and at the front reception desk.
Dressing rooms are available 30 minutes before scheduled time. Patrons must leave the dressing rooms 30 minutes after the rental.
All users are responsible for their own first-aid and first-aid equipment.
All users must provide their own ice for injuries.
By entering the Canada Games Park, patrons consent to being photographed, audio and video recorded which may be used for publication or reproduction on websites, social media, or any other purposes pertaining to the venue.
